Disney is continuing its hot streak, with the 3rd film in the hit High School Musical franchise about to hit the big screen, and the Jonas Brothers' Camp Rock film, (set at a summer camp for budding rock stars) launching another hit series of Disney tv movies.

A sequel to the popular Disney Channel Original Movie - currently titled Camp Rock 2 - is already being written with filming expected to begin in mid-2009.

The new film will again star the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato, and be filmed at Camp Wanakita in Haliburton, Ontario and Kilcoo Camp in Minden, Ontario (where the original Camp Rock was shot).



Meanwhile the veteran hit, High School Musical 3: Senior Year is out in cinemas in late October, but the first snippets from the movie are already hitting tv screens and the internet, and the HSM3 CD soundtrack is now available for pre-order at Amazon...
